Processing & Lead Times

Because many of our hats are handcrafted and made-to-order, processing times vary:

  • Custom & Handcrafted Hats:
    Lead time ranges from 3 weeks to 3 months, depending on design complexity, detailing, and materials.

  • Ready-To-Wear Hats:
    Typically ship within 7–10 business days unless otherwise noted.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Once your order is completed, it will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping Methods

We offer both domestic and worldwide shipping.

  • Orders are shipped via trusted carrier UPS.

  • Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

International & Worldwide Shipping

  • International shipments may take 7–21+ business days after dispatch.
